During this maintenance, access to the legacy support portals will be disabled while we complete the process of launching our new Customer Support Portal located at https://support.advantive.com.
During this planned outage, if you have an emergency, call (248) 683-0970.
The morning of Monday, Dec 5th an email will be sent containing your log-in information to the Advantive Customer Portal and how to reset your password. You will want to keep this information in a readily available location to access the Advantive Customer Portal and take full advantage of all the available resources it provides.
