Duane George

Duane George is an accomplished business leader with more than 20 years of experience driving growth, operational excellence, and customer success in global enterprise software organizations.

As Chief Executive Officer of Advantive, Duane leads the company’s vision and strategy to deliver powerful, purpose-built software that helps manufacturing and distribution customers optimize performance and accelerate growth.

Before joining Advantive, Duane served as President of EMEA and APAC at Aptean, where he oversaw regional sales, marketing, services, and support across two of the company’s largest and fastest-growing markets. He previously served as Aptean’s Chief Product Officer, leading global product strategy and roadmap development, and as General Manager for the Process Manufacturing group, where he guided the strategic direction of multiple ERP solutions and integrated several acquisitions.

Duane studied accounting at Kennesaw State University and Northwest Missouri State University.
