Suketa Shah
General CounselSuketa K. Shah is General Counsel at Advantive. Since joining in 2022, she has built and scaled the legal function, managed the integration of more than eight acquisitions, and implemented the company’s contract lifecycle management system.
Prior to Advantive, Suketa served as General Counsel at BenefitHub, where she led commercial negotiations with Fortune 500 clients and supported the company’s global expansion. She began her career in corporate law and commercial litigation in New Jersey.
She has been recognized as a Top 25 General Counsel in Software (Attorney Intel, 2024), a Top Corporate Counsel (Tampa Bay Business Journal, 2022), and among the Top Women in the Law (Tampa Style Magazine, 2025).
