Kristen Fullam

At Advantive, Kristen Fullam serves as Chief of Staff, working across the business to align priorities, connect the dots, and create clarity around strategic objectives. She facilitates effective decision-making, drives cross-functional initiatives, and ensures that the executive team and broader organization operate with focus and coordination.

Kristen most recently led Strategic Programs for Advantive’s Organic Growth Engine, where she partnered closely with executive leadership to identify and execute key initiatives that accelerated organic growth. She previously directed Strategic Programs for the Delivery Engine, building frameworks to improve customer onboarding, delivery outcomes, and internal alignment.

Before joining Advantive, Kristen held progressive roles at Distribution One, where she led ERP application development and solution architecture for manufacturing and distribution clients. Her background spans ERP implementations, product development, and operational leadership, all grounded in a deep understanding of customer and business needs.

Kristen brings over 15 years of experience across ERP systems, strategic program execution, product delivery, and organizational effectiveness. She is passionate about bridging strategy with execution, empowering teams, and ensuring that high-impact work moves forward with clarity and purpose.

Kristen holds a B.S. in Forensics & Investigative Science – Biology and a B.S. in Biology from West Virginia University.
