Kristen Fullam

Kristen Fullam serves as Senior Vice President of Productivity at Advantive, where she is responsible for driving enterprise-wide productivity, efficiency, and performance. She leads cross-functional initiatives, defines success metrics across the organization, and builds the systems and accountability needed to scale effectively. Kristen also oversees Advantive’s enterprise operating system, including its Productivity–Efficiency–Quality model, strategic company-wide programs, human resources, talent acquisition, performance management, and learning and development.

Previously, Kristen served as Chief of Staff, where she worked across the business to align priorities and create clarity around strategic objectives. In that role, she was instrumental in elevating the company’s operating cadence, driving alignment, and shaping key initiatives to support Advantive’s next phase of growth.

Her background spans ERP implementations, product development, and operational leadership, all grounded in a deep understanding of customer and business needs. Kristen brings over 15 years of experience across ERP systems, strategic program execution, product delivery, and organizational effectiveness. She is passionate about bridging strategy with execution, empowering teams, and ensuring that high-impact work moves forward with clarity and purpose.

Kristen holds a B.S. in Forensics & Investigative Science – Biology and a B.S. in Biology from West Virginia University.
