At Advantive, he leads the company’s technology strategy, focusing on building high-performing development teams and advancing product innovation and quality to drive customer value and business success.

Before joining Advantive, Andries served as VP of Software Engineering at insightsoftware, where he was instrumental in scaling the organization through a period of rapid growth, overseeing 17 product lines and a team of over 200 software professionals.

Andries has held senior technical and leadership roles at prominent companies, including Accenture and KPMG, leading major ERP and technology projects. His background provides a global perspective and a deep commitment to excellence in software delivery.
