What to expect at Advantive L1VE

A look at the agenda, the keynotes, and what you walk away with at our first customer conference, three days built around the products you already run.

Dates: November 2 to 4, 2026Venue: JW Marriott Bonnet Creek, Orlando, FLRegister: [email protected]

Advantive L1VE is not built like most AI conferences. No generic keynote track, no audience of thousands sitting through abstract talks about what AI might do someday. The truth is, AI is not the story. Your operational data is. Every session is built around the data your operation already generates, the Advantive products you run on it, and the outcomes you can drive when you put that data to work. You leave with more than ideas, you leave with a path to results you can measure.

Agentic AI is emerging fast, but the question that matters has not changed: what does it do for your operation? L1VE keeps the focus there.

Here is what the three days actually look like.

The agenda, day by day

Day 1: Arrive and connect

Executive conversations with Advantive leadership, followed by an opening night reception to kick things off.

Day 2: Main stage and breakouts

The morning is all main stage: opening keynotes from CEO Duane George and Formula 1’s Gary Foote, plus the executive case for AI from CRO Phil Burroughs. The afternoon moves into line-of-business breakouts, product deep dives, live demos, and executive 1:1s, capped by a networking dinner.

Day 3: People first

A keynote from Chris Ruden, a customer panel comparing perspectives across industries, and a closing session from leadership. An executive track follows for senior leaders.

Breakouts built around what you run

Instead of one-size-fits-all sessions, each line of business runs its own focused breakout, built around the products you run and the data behind them. You will be in a room with people who run the same systems you do, comparing notes on what is working and what is not, and leaving with ideas you can act on.

The keynotes

Gary Foote

“How data and AI can unlock competitive advantage” (Day 2)

Gary is Formula 1 CIO, GM Performance Power Units, where he is building the technology function behind GM’s Cadillac F1 program, after a decade as a CIO in Formula 1. Few environments turn data into decisions and results faster than a sport measured in thousandths of a second, and his session is about what any operator can borrow from that discipline.

Chris Ruden

“Built to adapt when everything changes” (Day 3)

Chris is a speaker and the author of The Art of Changing Course, and has keynoted for Zappos, Citibank, Facebook, and Leidos. His session makes the case that putting AI to work is as much a people and leadership challenge as a technical one, and reframes change as a strength rather than a threat.

What you walk away with

Advantive ONE, the AI built into the products you already run, turns your operational data into next steps. Here is what you walk away with:

  • A clear view of where the products you run are headed, so you can plan the next 12 months with confidence
  • Real business outcomes peers are driving from their operational data, less waste, faster decisions, better quality, and the steps to pursue them in your own operation
  • A network of industry peers and a direct line to Advantive leadership you can keep tapping long after the event
