Jay Sharp

Jay is joining us from Syndigo where, as SVP of Global HR, he led multiple groups across the globe. Jay joined his former organization in the early stages of a high growth phase where the company went from 300 to 1,200 employees in a 2-year period. In his role, Jay held responsibility for HR, Recruitment, L&D, Facilities, & IT. Prior to Syndigo, Jay held leadership roles at Addiction Campuses, PSC Metals, and Video Gaming Technologies.

At Advantive, Jay will lead the Talent & Productivity team, which includes Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Culture, and Engagement.

Jay has spent the last 20+ years in the People Operations (Human Resources) field working with various mid-sized private equity owned companies. He has excelled at driving business vision and strategy, successfully scaling people operations, increasing team productivity and efficiency, and executing change management through times of transition. Jay has a passion for helping individuals grow and understands that for an organization to see sustainable success, it must grow from the inside out.

Jay holds a B.B.A. from Strayer University, SCP certification through SHRM, and is certified in Gallup Clifton-Strengths. He considers himself a lifelong learner who loves to read and tackle new opportunities to learn and develop himself.
