Michael most recently spent more than 15 years in corporate development executive leadership positions at IBM, leading strategic sourcing and execution of global acquisition initiatives involving software, hardware, and services across multiple industries. He began his time with IBM in the technology strategy consulting practice. Previously, Michael was an IT management consultant with Ernst & Young. He was also an early-stage leader in two software startups with roles in software development, consulting, and business development, both of which resulted in successful exits.
In his new role, Michael will be responsible for designing and implementing sustainable M&AA processes to support Advantive’s inorganic growth. He brings nearly three decades of experience helping companies transform and grow organically and through acquisitions, divestitures, investments, joint ventures, and partnerships.
Michael holds a B.S. degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. degree in Finance from Columbia University.
