Support Migration to Advantive Systems

We are excited to inform you about an upcoming enhancement to our support system. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with exceptional service, we are migrating our customer support operations to the Advantive Systems platform. This transition will offer improved features, streamlined processes, and enhanced user experience. We are offering four different sessions to accommodate schedules. Only one session needs to be attended.

Here’s what you can expect to learn during the webinar:

Migration Details:

Go-Live Date: Our official go-live date for the new Advantive Systems Customer Support Portal will be posted shortly.

New Support Portal URL: Please update your bookmarks to the following address: https://support.advantive.com. This will be your new hub for accessing our support services.

Legacy Communities and Portals: To ensure a smooth transition, all of our legacy support communities and portals will either be redirected to the Advantive Customer Support Portal or will display a banner guiding you to our new site.

Scheduled Outage: In preparation for the migration, please expect scheduled outage, information regarding the date and time of the scheduled outage will be provided soon.

Emergency Support: During the migration, a temporary phone number will be provided for critical support needs (system down). You will be able to reach this number for immediate assistance. The phone number for critical site down support will be provided soon.

Post-Migration Steps:

Password Reset: On Monday morning, all users will receive an email containing a password reset link for the new Advantive Customer Support Portal. This link will allow you to set up your new account credentials.

User Migration: Users who have created at least one support ticket within the last twelve months will be automatically migrated to the new portal. For additional users, a self-registration process will be available on the site.

Ticket Migration: All open support tickets, regardless of their age, will be migrated to the new system to ensure a seamless continuation of ongoing support cases.

We understand that change can sometimes be challenging, but we believe this migration will greatly benefit both our customers and our support team. The Advantive Systems platform is designed to provide you with better support services, quicker issue resolution, and an overall enhanced experience.
